Let Us Know About Your Experience with the New Wave Fitness Boot Camp for Women
I just completed my first week of Boot Camp. Woo! it was tough, but I sure feel like I accomplished something. Funny thing is, I didn’t think it would be this much fun!

I have not attended the Boot camp in 2 months, but I have adopted everything I learned from it. For the first time in my life I really know how to eat right and exercise right. I lost 10lbs when I attended 2 Boot Camps and have lost 30lbs since. Don’t sit on the fence give it a shot you want regret it!

Hi gang! Hut, the new blog looks great – you do such a good job of keeping us informed of what’s going on. Since my first two boot camps with NewWave Fitness in August/September 2009, my fitness level has reached heights I did not think possible. At first, my goal was to just get moving and feel better. What happened was a 40+ pound weight loss! I have not had any headaches in 7 months and have bounds of energy. This winter I tried ice climbing in Canada, which would not have been possible without the boot camp fitness prep and weight loss. I am now running (who would have thought) several times a week and about to do my second 5K. Not bad for someone who received the ‘most improved mile’ award. Well, that’s what I was told anyway (wink, wink, Hut). I am thankful to Hut, Jason and the NewWave Fitness team for getting me healthy, happy and in the best shape I’ve ever been in.

I am definitely having a good experience with the boot camp. I especially liked it this Friday since the instructor really stressed our bodies, which is what I was looking for. So if we can have more work outs like the one this Friday that would be great!

I just completed the May and June 2009 Boot Camps. It has been an unbelieveable experience for me. Not only has it been effective I also love the workouts and the group of women who attend. They are so supportive and encouraging. I never feel judged on my age or abilities. Not only have I lost weight and gained muscle tone, fitness and incredible energy it has changed my perspective on what success really is as far as my health is concerned. This is a program any women can succeed at if they are committed.

Well it looks like I was the last one to update on this site. I have just completed July and Aug 2009 Boot Camps. This last week had to be the most beautiful whether I have ever seen in August. After the June Boot Camp I wasn’t sure I would be able to acheive the results I had in May and June. I expected to plateau as my body would adjust to the schedule but I have been very surprised. I love how Jason changes up the routines so we never get board. I think this is the best shape I have ever been in my life. I will be 50 in January and my main goal is to NOT FEEL 50! During this last Boot Camp I went to visit my son and we went to workout together. He was very surprised I was able to keep up with him. We had so much fun exercising together and if you have adult children you know what I mean. Thank you NewWave, keep up the good work.

This is my first time with new wave bootcamp and it is lots fun but hard at the same time. I just finished my first week and am really excited for what the next three weeks have for me because I’ve noticed a big change on my body in just one week. So excited and pumped!
